There’s so much we don’t know about Matt Baier’s new wife. Her name is Jennifer Conlon and she married him after just a couple months of knowing each other, but that’s about it — we don’t even know what she looks like! However, on Dec. 1 she revealed a little more: that she’s confident in her marriage and she’s not going to let anyone shame her for it! So, Jennifer definitely doesn’t seem bothered by the fact that Matt was engaged to Teen Mom OG’s_ Amber Portwood just months before she said “I do.” But it still seems like really weird that they didn’t just wait to get married until they knew each other a little better. Like, what’s the rush? Especially since Jennifer has two children of her own.
We can’t help but wonder why Jennifer is speaking out at all. She seems to want to protect her privacy and remain a regular person, so why would she draw attention to herself just to defend her relationship? Is she that insecure?
As for Amber, we’re sure she couldn’t care less. She moved on pretty quickly, too! She’s already pregnant with her new boyfriend Andrew Glennon and seems over the moon about her growing family. Perhaps Matt (who reportedly felt like Amber was “the one that got away” earlier this month) simply got married out of spite when he learned that the girl he loves is expecting another man’s child. Either way, we’re sure we haven’t heard the last from Jennifer. We’ll just have to wait and see!
