There’s no going back! Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin had very different reasons for going on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars — Kail went with the intentions of learning how to co-parent for the sake of their three-year-old son Lincoln, while Javi had hopes of reconciling their relationship. But Kail said there was no chance of getting back together with Javi
— and it seems like she meant what she said! The couple hasn’t even hooked up or had sex since their split.
“No, we haven’t. Never. Once I’m done with someone like I’ve never actually gone back — so that would be really weird,” the 25-year-old said during an interview on Bachelor alum Olivia Caridi’s Mouthing Off podcast.

The Javi/Kail ship has definitely sailed and they both have since moved on. Kail welcomed her third child with her on-again, off-again boyfriend Chris Lopez and she was recently rumored to be dating Dionisio Cephas — even though she exclusively revealed to In Touch that they are just friends. Meanwhile, Javi has had a handful of girlfriends since his divorce from Kail was finalized last December — and most recently, he’s been linked to Teen Mom 2 newcomer Briana DeJesus.
But now that they were able to move on, Kail and Javi are actually focusing on their working relationship. The former couple is gearing up to release a joint book together titled He Said, She Said, and Kail explained why she agreed to the project.
“The media is so crazy and being on TV — unless you’re in it and you’re on TV, you have no idea what we go through and like how certain things can be twisted,” she explained. “So, Javi wanted to write a book about us and I was like, ‘Well, let’s just do it together, like show my perspective that is not necessarily accurate always on TV and we’ll show your perspective and see how they overlap.’”
