Looks like Mama June is going under the knife!
After dropping an impressive amount of weight the old-fashioned way, the reality star, 36, is reportedly turning to plastic surgery and is getting a gastric sleeve to combat the last of the weight.

According to TMZ, the alleged decision to turn to plastic surgery comes shortly after Mama June fell unconscious and was hospitalized as a result of her weight loss.
Sources tell TMZ that she hopes to drop up to 90 pounds as a result of the surgery, which is reportedly scheduled to take place later this month.
