Jenna Bush Hager doesn’t like being told she looks like her father, George W. Bush.

The Today show cohost, 44, recently interviewed each of the four former living U.S. presidents — her dad George, 79, Joe Biden, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama at a History Channel event, History Talks.

A snippet of Jenna’s chat with the quartet was shown on the Monday, April 20, episode of Today With Jenna & Sheinelle, and her cohost Sheinelle Jones, 48, pointed out a resemblance between her fellow presenter and the former U.S. President.

Jones told Jenna: “God, you guys look just alike, too. I know everybody says it, but dang!”

Jenna replied: “Sometimes that’s not a compliment, but I appreciate it. I think my dad’s handsome, but when people say that, I’m like, ‘I look like a man?’

Jones insisted it was a compliment, and reassured Jenna that she doesn’t look like a man.

“No!” she said. “We’re sure it’s you.”

“OK. My dad is my father,” Jenna added.

Earlier in the segment, Jones asked Jenna what it is like interviewing her father.

The journalist admitted she tries to keep Geroge in line, because he likes to make quips about her younger years when being questioned.

Jenna said: “I’ve done it a lot. He harasses me.”

“He likes to make funny jokes,” she added. “He then went on to start talking about when I got a ‘minor in possession of alcohol,’ and like, ‘Hey Dad, that’s not what we’re talking about here, bro. Roll it back.’ ”

Jenna’s full interview with the four former U.S. Presidents will air in full on Today on Tuesday, April 21.

Jenna joined the Today show full-time in 2019, and she regularly talks about her father on the program.

In 2024, Jenna told how she called her dad in tears to tell him her former cohost Hoda Kotb, 61, was leaving the Today show after 26 years at NBC.

Speaking on the Thursday, September 26, 2024, episode of the then-titled Today With Hoda and Jenna show, Jenna said: “I called him last night.

“At first, he thought something really awful [happened], like I lost a loved one, because of how emotional I was.

“And then, he said, ‘Oh, she’s leaving, because it’s time, and you’re going to be fine. It’s your turn. It’s OK.’ ”
