According to a new report by TMZ, Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood star Nikki Mudarris is threatening to sue anyone who posts her leaked sex tape — which she allegedly claims she had “no idea” would surface.

A video has surfaced featuring the 25-year-old and her Love & Hip Hop costar Mally Mall earlier this week — and apparently it’s gone viral.

But TMZ reports a lawyer for Nikki has threatened legal action by sending a letter that insists the sites remove the video — which was allegedly recorded without her knowledge or consent — ASAP or face legal ramifications.

Mally Mall previously said of the recording, “You don’t see anything crazy. So it’s not really a sex tape. It’s just an intimate moment that we had.”
