She’s not going to take it anymore! As a star on TLC’s long-running reality TV series Little People, Big World, Tori Roloff knows a thing or two about getting bashed online. The mom-of-one has had to grow a thick skin as lots of her social media posts get flooded with unsolicited parenting advice and mom-shaming from strangers. On Saturday, Dec. 15, he took to Instagram to finally address the mommy shamers once and for all in a lengthy statement.

“Lately I have been getting a lot of negative comments and feedback on my social media. I don’t usually take things to heart because I know I can’t please everyone but I had to bring this up. Mom-shaming is a real thing and it’s not cool,” Tori, 27, wrote on Instagram. “I get it all the time because I put my tactics out there and I try to be as honest about my life as possible. But for some reason lately I’ve been getting a lot of people bashing my mom-isms or how I do things in my home. I don’t want my social media to go there. This is a place where I like to be as positive as possible.”

Tori went onto explain that she has a lot of things going on in her personal life and she tries to use her social media posts as a way to brighten up her followers’ days with cute pics of her baby boy, Jackson. She admitted that her own life is far from perfect and while she accepts that, she cannot accept other women bashing each other and mom-shaming each other in her comments.

“We’re all doing the best we can and that’s all we can do. I love my son and my family unbearably and I do what I think is best for them,” she continued. “So please — be kind to each other. There are people behind your screens and you never know what a person is walking through.”

Fans started to flood the comments of Tori’s post, praising her for her mom skills so she added another note to her caption to really drive her point home. “I didn’t post this for people to tell me I’m a good mom — I’m the best one I know how to be,” she wrote. “I posted as just a reminder to EVERYONE [sic] to lift one another up. Don’t knock each other down.”
