Lisa Vanderpump has cemented herself as one of the most iconic “Bravoleberties” throughout her time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Beyond her run on RHOBH, Vanderpump has spearheaded multiple spin off series including Vanderpump Rules, Vanderpump Villa, Vanderpump Dogs, and Overserved with Lisa Vanderpump.
Some of Vanderpump’s most iconic moments on RHOBH and Vanderpump Rules include taking a lie detector test during the infamous #Puppygate of RHOBH season 9, the fallout with her longtime friend Kyle Richards, and every time she wasn’t afraid to put the cast of Vanderpump Rules in their place.
One fan on Reddit, in a thread celebrating Vanderpump as an “icon,” expressed, “I love how playful and fun-loving she was…just silly stuff, like doing the pull away in the car thing with Cedric at the DMV, the llama through the house parade, Ken’s 70th birthday party with Kevin Lee, the dog wash with Kyle (so many funny moments with Kyle, they were so lovely together!) She brought a lighthearted spirit to BH that seemed to leave with her. I hope that the new women can bring some of that back, but there will never be another LVP.”
Another noted, “She was great tv. I didn’t personally like her but I liked watching her. Sometimes I was on her side and other times I wasn’t. But she had great lines and was one of the most entertaining people on the show.”
Vanderpump has cultivated a brand known for her devotion to animals, luxury, hospitality, and numerous philanthropic efforts. While Vanderpump left RHOBH in 2019, her legacy on Bravo continues to thrive. Vanderpump Rules just finished its twelfth season and Vanderpump Villa recently aired its third season. She continues to dominate reality tv as well as the restaurant industry with six active restaurants and cocktail lounged across California and Nevada. She is also spearheading a resort venture on the Las Vegas strip called The Vanderpump Hotel.
