Things aren't looking good for Kim Kardashian. The reality star is reportedly being sued for allegedly plagiarizing the logo for her new KKW Beauty fragrance "Vibes," which came out on Tuesday, July 17, TMZ reported.

Vibes Media is reportedly filing a lawsuit with Kim and her prestigious beauty company since they apparently trademarked the logo back in 2012.

The company is saying that Kim, 37, "has been marketing, promoting, and is now selling a Vibes perfume. The Vibes perfume comes in a bottle that is a close facsimile of the Registered Vibes Logo." TMZ says that Vibes Media wants all the bottles to be destroyed, and they also want damages. Sounds like a mess if you ask us…

Kim's rep did not comment on this matter, however, this isn't the first time the mom-of-three has been involved in a lawsuit.

She was recently involved in a $100 million lawsuit over her perfect selfie phone case, LuMee, which she was allegedly promoting using her company Kimsaprincess, Inc. Snaplight, who also sells illuminated phone cases was not happy with Kim because they were losing profits to LuMee.

"[LuMee] created doubt in our technological and operational integrity" when they launched their product, Snaplight founder Bardia Rahim said in a statement obtained by the BBC at the time. "It's illegal to try and monopolize the market, but more than that, it's un-American to do it when you're being deceptive and unethical the entire time."

But a representative spoke out on thet matter. "The patent lawsuit filed by Snaplight has no merit and is just another attempted shakedown," read a statement obtained by the BBC. "Kim has done absolutely nothing wrong." We're curious what they have to say about this new fragrance lawsuit…
