A lot has changed in the world since the Kardashians first graced our TV screens in 2007! Sure, their social media followings have gotten larger, their waists have gotten smaller, and a lot of them have kids now. Even the youngest, Kylie, is expecting. But, what fans really noticed from the Keeping Up With the Kardashians 10-Year Anniversary Special was how much their voices have changed.
Yep, you read that correctly. During the special, fans — and the family! — got to watch old clips from the show. In it, we were reminded how different the famous family was when their show first premiered. We mean, can you imagine living in a world where Kim Kardashian was better known for being Paris Hilton‘s best friend? So funny! But, honestly, their voices have changed in the last 10 years. Why did that happen?That’s still a bit of a mystery, but fans have their theories and they were quick to tweet them to Kim. One fan suggested it’s from growing up and having children writing, “Having babies does that to ya.” While another added, “Your voice was so cute!! Still is!”
Some think it may have to do with their plastic surgery: “Is it due to face/neck muscles being affected during and after cosmetic procedures or surgeries,” a fan tweeted. Another mentioned that Kim isn’t the only one who has changed a lot over the years tweeting, “Watching old episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Everything about Kylie seems so different even her voice.” Honestly, we’re not even surprised by these changes. If ten years is a long enough time to make Kendall Jenner a supermodel, and Kylie a businesswoman then surely it’s enough time to make the sound of their voices sound a little… off.
