Kanye West’s Sexual Harassment Accuser Lauren Pisciotta Struggling to Track Him Down

Kanye West’s ex-personal assistant suing him for sexual harassment is struggling to serve him with her legal papers, In Touch can exclusively report.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Lauren Pisciotta told the court that Ye “is either out of the country and/or evading service.” She said she plans to ask the court for permission to serve Ye via an alternative method.

Lauren wants to place an advertisement in the newspaper informing Ye, 47, of the suit instead of personally serving him. Lauren asked for an additional 60 days to try and track down Ye.

As In Touch previously reported, in June, Lauren sued the musician for alleged breach of contract, sexual harassment, hostile work environment and wrongful termination.

Lauren, who had previously worked as an OnlyFans model, said she was hired by Ye in July 2021. She said Ye agreed to pay her $1 million per year and Lauren agreed to be available 24/7.

She said Ye often boasted to others in the office about her success on OnlyFans and that he was paying her a seven-figure salary.

She said months later, Ye asked her to be “God like” and delete her OnlyFans profile in exchange for $1 million. Lauren said she agreed to the deal. She said Ye attempted to have full control of her. Lauren said Ye’s behavior was never consistent.

Her suit read, “Never knowing which side of [Ye] [Lauren] was going to get, there would be small windows when he was not being abusive, that [Ye] would acknowledge and express his appreciation for [Lauren]. [Ye] did so with what seems to be a genuine Birthday message to [Lauren].”

Lauren said the day after sending a nice birthday text, Ye “reverted back to his tantrums, inappropriate demands, sexual advances and general manipulation and mistreatment.”

Throughout her employment, Lauren said Ye made it “abundantly clear to [Lauren] (and many others) that he wanted to have sex and sexual relations with her. [Lauren] was not interested and made that very clear to [Ye]. [Ye] propositioned [Lauren] to have a ‘threesome’ with him and another woman.”

Lauren’s suit included various text messages she claimed Ye sent to her. One included, “I have a serious question. Be honest with me … is my d–k racist? Is it. This f–king racist d–k of mine. I going to beat this f–king racist d–k for being f–king racist. I’m going to stare at pictures of white women with black a–es and beat the s–t out of my racist d–k.”

Another included, “I just thinking back to the bowling alley thinking of what the headline could have been. Ye arrested for f–king the s–t out of his assistant on the bowling alley floor.” Lauren’s lawsuit said, “This text was especially offensive sine it suggested or insinuated that [Lauren] (i) wanted to have sex with [Ye] and (2) actually had sexually intercourse with [Lauren,] when in fact she did not want to do so and never indeed did so.”

Lauren said Ye would often demand to hear details about her sex life or past boyfriends. On top of that, she said he would call her under the guise of talking about work and instead “breathe heavily and masturbate loud enough to be heard during Yeezy business phone calls.”

After her initial lawsuit was filed, a lawyer for Ye denied the claims. He accused Lauren of pursuing Ye. He said Ye rejected her advances. The lawyer called the allegations in the lawsuit “baseless” and said Ye would be filing his own lawsuit against Lauren.
