In Touch can confirm that the Buffy the Vampire Slayer star, 49, and the She’s All That actor, 50, have listed their five-bedroom, six-bathroom house in California for $10.5 million after purchasing the property 13 years ago for $6.1 million.
The 7,318-square-foot property, located in the Mandeville Canyon neighborhood of L.A., offers “privacy, scale, and understated elegance,” according to a listing.
“The main living spaces are bright and open, with natural light filtering throughout the day and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere,” the listing states.
The home’s kitchen features premium appliances, a center island and a breakfast nook, while the primary suite includes a spa-inspired bathroom and an oversized walk-in closet with a private balcony.

Described as “sophisticated yet welcoming,” the home boasts a home office and outdoor area that includes a pool and barbecue area.
Last year, the couple — who share daughter Charlotte Grace, 16, and son Rocky James, 13 — purchased a new construction in Encino for nearly $12.5 million.
The couple’s listing agent, Cindy Ambuehl of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California, told Realtor.com that they loved raising their kids at the home they’ve had for 13 years.
“It was an incredible place to raise children,” Ambuehl said. “The home feels safe, private, and part of a wonderful community.”
“The floor plan is smart and functional, with both a front staircase and a secondary kitchen staircase, which made everyday family living very easy,” she added. “The home has beautiful volume and natural light throughout the day thanks to the west-facing backyard.”
