Well, that didn’t take long! Kailyn Lowry might have recently given birth to “Baby Lo” aka Lux Russell, but does that mean she should stay away from the dating scene? Apparently not because the Teen Mom 2 star is sparking dating rumors after flirting with Dionisio Cephas on the Internet.
It’s still unknown if these two are an ~official~ couple, but come on… flirtation doesn’t lie! They’ve been tweeting at each other for awhile and clearly already have a bunch of inside jokes together. Watch the video below to find out why fans are convinced Kail has a new man in her life!
Okay, that’s a lot to take in all at once. So, Kail was wondering if she was going to see her maybe-boyfriend? And then she called it a “long-distance relationship” even though he later said they’re neighbors. So, which is it? Unless, the mama considers a walk across the street “long-distance” then maybe this was some humor?
When it comes to dating, she’s created mystery around her dating life. Last month, there was speculation surrounding that fact that fans thought she was dating a girl. On a previous episode of TM2 when questioned about her sexuality, she tweeted, “Do I have to be gay or straight? Can’t I just love people?”

Whether she’s dating Dionisio, a woman, or even someone we don’t know about, we wish her the best with her next relationship. The mom-of-three definitely deserves a person who would help her raise her sons and treat her well. We just hope that when she finally finds that special person she won’t be too shy about it and will share the happy news with her fans!
