Kailyn Lowry Dishes on Her Plans to Go Under the Knife After Backing out of Surgery

We love how real Kailyn Lowry is. The Teen Mom 2 star recently opened up about her hopes to go under the knife. Kailyn discussed her plastic surgery plans on her podcast Coffee Convos, revealing that she wants to get a breast reduction because her cup size is now 44DDD.

"They’re massive! It weighs me down. I already have bad posture and my boobs add to it," the mother-of-three admitted. "I'm like please, let me get cleared for this! When my trainer came here the other day, he took all my measurements to do the weight loss stuff, I was like, he went to obviously measure my chest and stuff too, checking everything," Kailyn said. "I wear a 36DDD, we talked about that before, when he took my measurements, it was 44 inches!"

"I don’t think I’m even wearing the right size bra. I don’t even think there is a 44DDD," Kailyn added. "I’m so big and I’m super nervous and hopeful that I can get the surgery.” The Teen Mom 2 star previously discussed her discomfort in a tweet on May 23, writing: "My t–s are just too big and I can't wait to get a reduction."

And fans were totally living for her transparency. "You won't regret it! Best decision I've made," one person replied. Another said: "I loved mine. Best thing I ever did. Didn't even really notice them missing, [I] just felt better. My insurance paid every penny for it."

Back in March, Kailyn shared a photo of her wearing a harness before skydiving in Hawaii with fellow Teen Mom Leah Messer. "Lmfao my t–s are massive," joked Kailyn in response to the pic. The outfit definitely accentuated her chest, but that doesn't make the next comment she got OK. "Girl… can you say breast reduction?? You need it ASAP!!" said one particularly rude commenter. "I know I need one, but f–k off anyway," Kail replied. Get it, girl!

Kailyn actually went to Dr. Miami in January to get liposuction and a boob job, but she ended up backing out. "I won’t lie to y’all, I came to Miami for lipo and a boob job,” she tweeted at the time. “But hours before my surgery, I decided I don’t want to go through with it." Kailyn later wrote to her fans: “When I get home I’ll use the money I was going to spend on surgery for a nutritionist and get back into working out.”

Honestly, her true fans are pretty sick of seeing the appalling things people say to the 26-year-old. She's doing the best she can for her family and well-being, and it's messed up for people to keep battering her self-esteem for no reason other than to make themselves feel better. We're glad to see her standing up for herself and doing what she wants with her body!
