Jennifer Pedranti and her ex-husband, William Pedranti, faced off in court after he accused her of lying about him on Real Housewives of Orange County and showing up to his house uninvited, In Touch can exclusively report.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, on November 5, Jennifer, 47, and William, 52, appeared before an Orange County Superior Court judge.

The judge did not rule on William’s request to reduce his child and spousal support obligations.

The court also postponed Jennifer’s examination of William’s finances until January.

The court also modified a provision in the divorce to now read, “Neither party shall make derogatory or disparaging remarks about the other parent in the presence of the minor child(ren), nor permit any third party to do so.”

The change comes after William claimed Jennifer trashed him on RHOC. In addition, the judge ordered Jennifer and William to participate in coparenting counseling for a minimum of six sessions and additional sessions as deemed necessary.

Jennifer and William were married from 2002 to 2021. They share four minor children: Dawson, Greyson, Everleigh, and Dominic.

They hashed out a settlement in June where they agreed to share custody. William agreed to pay $1,735 a month in spousal support and another $4,674 in child support.

As In Touch first reported, William recently asked the court to terminate Jennifer’s spousal support and reduce his child support. He claimed their son Dawson was living with him more and he was covering the expenses.

William argued the spousal support should be cut off since Jennifer was living with her fiancé, Ryan Boyajian.

He said he believed Jennifer was not paying expenses at Ryan’s home and did not need the additional support.

On top of that, William claimed that his income has drastically dropped since the support order was entered. In addition, William accused Jennifer of showing up to his house on August 29 to try to talk.

“This is harassment and an invasion of my privacy,” William said. In his filing, he also accused Jennifer of violating a provision in their divorce deal that prohibited them from disparaging the other.

He claimed Jennifer had “made multiple disparaging comments and lies about” him on RHOC and in interviews.

“My reputation has been adversely affected by this. I have also had to have conversations with the children about it as well,” he said.

In response, Jennifer opposed her support be reduced. Jennifer claimed she has “limited assets” and needs support to raise their kids.

She added, “I believe it is unfair to terminate spousal support because I am cohabitating with Ryan. The ONLY reason I am cohabitating with Ryan is because William left me with no other option.”

Jennifer also accused William of failing to pay her a six-figure lump sum owed in the divorce agreement.

“Had I received my half portion of the proceeds when William received it (which he should have done), I would have had the ability to pay my lease, and I would not have been evicted,” she said, “Or, I would have had the means to secure my own place without Ryan. It would not be equitable for the court to consider my cohabitation with Ryan as a basis to end my support when William’s bad conduct forced me to do so. Furthermore, William was also aware at the time we entered the Judgment that I was cohabitating with Ryan. Therefore, it is not a change of circumstance warranting consideration to terminate spousal support.”

The court previously granted Jennifer’s motion for an examination of William’s finances, which will take place next year. In her filing, Jennifer also denied William’s claims of harassment.

“Please also note William has not responded to one of my several messages. If William would communicate with me, I would not need to go to his house or try to communicate with him live,” she said.

The case is ongoing.
