Is baby No. 3 on the way?! Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard already have two young sons, Israel, 2, and Sam, 3 months — but fans are convinced the Counting On couple are expecting another bundle of joy. In a new video posted to the Duggar family’s Facebook page, there appears to be a baby bump hiding beneath Jill’s flowy top. See for yourself in the clip below!
“OMG I hope Jill is pregnant again! She and Derick make the cutest babies in the world!” one excited fan commented, while another wrote: “Is she pregnant again? That was soon. Slow down Jill!” However, another fan noted that Jill, 26 — who was making an apple crisp in her family compound’s kitchen in the short video — could have simply just put on a few pounds. “It’s OK to gain weight! Doesn’t mean she’s pregnant,” they wrote.
Jill’s pregnancy buzz comes just weeks after her husband, Derick, 28, planned a romantic candlelit dinner for the reality TV duo. While the meal — which appeared to be comprised of plantains, Froot Loops, and maybe some chips — didn’t look too appetizing, it was definitely a nice thought on Derick’s part. Maybe the odd combination had to do with Jill’s potential pregnancy cravings?

Back in 2015, not long after Jill gave birth to Israel, she revealed in an interview why she believes she and Derick make a great team as parents. “He is doing an amazing job helping out with nighttime diaper changes. I’ll start nursing and when I’m done, he’ll take the baby and change his diaper and put him to bed. That is his little routine,” she told People, adding that Derick is “such a good dad.”
