Israel Dillard’s Selfie Is Possibly the Cutest Thing You’ll See All Day

This kid is lucky he’s cute because let’s be real — he doesn’t have much of a chance otherwise with the parents he’s got. Israel Dillard, the first son of Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard, is apparently pretty good at taking selfies because his mama posted an adorable one of him to her Instagram on March 29. “This little cutie … always loves taking selfies on my phone. Haha 😆 ❤️#israeldaviddillard,” Jill, 27, captioned the shot. It’s basically exactly what it sounds like: a super close-up shot of the little guy, grinning at the camera. Aww!

Israel, 3, is the older brother of Samuel Dillard, who is also often featured on their mom’s Instagram page. She actually shared an image of both boys as part of an ad post she made the same day, although neither of them looked as cute and happy in that update as Izzy did in his selfie.

Jill’s fans were super appreciative of the Counting On alum sharing the delightful snap of her son on the social media platform. “Israel is such a cutie!!” one person commented, and another fan wrote, “He’s very photogenic!” Several people also commented on how big Izzy looked in the photo. Yea, kids do tend to grow up fast.

Derick, 30, and Jill are no longer on the TLC reality series because Derick was fired from the show for making gross comments against fellow network stars like Jazz Jennings, Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent. So viewers don’t really have a chance to see Izzy and Sam these days unless they regularly head on over to Jill’s Instagram to see her latest updates.

Not only does Jill share photos she’s taken or selfies her son has captured on the site, but she’s also posted images that Israel took of his mom. And honestly, he’s a pretty good little photographer! Perhaps he’s following in his Aunt Jinger’s footsteps? Break free, little dude, you can do it!
