The fallout continues. Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans recently confirmed that her son Kaiser was removed from her care by child protective services, and now a judge has reportedly ordered that all of the children are removed from her custody, having signed off the request on May 13. This includes her daughter shared with husband David Eason, two-year-old Ensley, as well as her stepdaughter, Maryssa.
