Here’s How Much ‘The Little Couple’ Stars Bill and Jen Make Per Episode

The Little Couple stars Bill Klein and Jen Arnold have captured the hearts of viewers everywhere. Because of their very successful TLC show, their combined net worth is an estimated $3.5 million. So much does the pair actually make per episode of the show?

Aside from being reality TV darlings, Bill and Jen hold their own jobs as well. Jen is a neonatologist while her husband is a business owner.  The couple live in St. Petersburg, Florida, with their adopted children Will, 10, and Zoe, 8.

Since the show’s debut in 2009, 14 seasons have aired and the couple earn big bucks for every single episode. 

It’s unclear how much the two are actually raking in, but according to reality producer Terence Michael, reality show families earn about 10 percent of the show’s budget, and he estimates that TLC budgets about $250,000 to $400,000 per episode.

According to Cheatsheet.com, Bill and Jen earn between $25,000-$40,000 per episode. They reportedly rake in a much higher sum in comparison to other TLC stars on the network.

A report from Business Insider also suggests that the couple could be bringing in even more, based on the show’s popularity. “For those docu-ensembles, especially if they’re nobodies, per episode it ranges from low-end, like $1,500 an episode, to $3,000 at the high end.” They added, “And then after three years of success, it can go up to $7,000 to $10,000 an episode. After that, you start moving into the Kardashian level.”

Unfortunately, unless they’re a Ryan Seacrest or a Gordon Ramsay, chances are, they won’t be making millions. “Those kinds of paychecks actually go to very few people. Most people starring on reality shows are making salaries that supplement the ones they make at their actual jobs, from their businesses, or from other opportunities afforded them by being on TV, such as licensing deals, book contracts, appearances, or food and liquor products.” Regardless, this little fam is doing just fine.

Season 15 of The Little Couple has yet to be announced and the last season premiered in August 2019. The show has yet to be officially renewed, however, there has also been no word of a cancellation either.
