Fran Drescher may have one of the best relationships any woman has with their ex! Many years after finding out her ex-husband, producer Peter Marc Jacobson, was gay, the former Nanny actress decided to turn their story into a sitcom.

In Happily Divorced, Fran plays an LA florist who is blindsided by her husband’s (John Michael Higgins) confession. They get a divorce, remain friends and then restart their dating careers… while still living together!

In Touch was the first publication to break the news last year about Peter coming out of the closet and remaining best friends with the woman that he was married to for 18 years. Talk about art imitating life!
