The upcoming episode of Little Women: LA is going to be so intense, they couldn’t fit all the drama in a single hour.

In Touch has exclusively obtained a sneak peek of the episode, during which, Elena Gant is forced to face a fear that she’s been dealing with since the birth of her twins, Kairo and Xavier after getting back their genetic testing.

While fans won’t know what she’s referring to until the episode airs on April 4, it’s possible that they are referring to the possibility of her boys being little — like she is.

Shortly after welcoming her sons, Elena opened up about how she didn’t know whether or not her boys would be little or average size, but she was prepared for any possibility — especially after going through an emotional delivery and first few weeks with her then-newborns.

“The hardest part was that Xavier got to go home with us first, but Kairo was still in the NICU. It was a stressful few days. I just wanted my babies homes,” she told People at the time.

When asked how she’d handle her sons being little, she said, “I’ll tell them that no matter what reaction other people give them, ‘This is you.’ Yes, they’ll have to have bulletproof vests, but those stereotypes have nothing to do with real life. And if they do get their hearts broken, they can come and talk to us, because Mommy and Daddy will always understand.”

Elsewhere in the episode, things get emotional when Terra Jolé confronts co-star Briana Renee about a sticky situation “that leaves her in total denial.”

In the preview clip, Briana tearfully tells the camera that she feels she has “no one to trust.”
