Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher called it quits in 2011, but a source says their failed marriage continues to haunt the actress.
“A lot of people in Demi’s life believe she’s never fully gotten over Ashton,” the source tells In Touch. “She gave that relationship everything she had and she knows it’s not her fault that things ended.”
In her 2019 memoir, Inside Out, Moore alleged Kutcher, 48, pushed her into having threesomes and then used it as an excuse to repeatedly cheat during the duo’s six-year union.
The Landman star, 63, also wrote that she felt pressured to abandon her hard-won 20 years of sobriety to be “a fun, normal girl” for her much younger husband — who’d allegedly questioned whether alcoholism was a “real thing,” per People.
While the actor told Esquire in 2023 he was “pissed” when the tell-all came out, he didn’t respond to any specific accusations, simply saying: “You own the shit you did wrong, and you go forward.”
“She looks amazing and still gets a ton of attention from men,” dishes the source. “But finding love just isn’t a high priority for Demi at the moment.”
For his part, the That ‘70s Show alum celebrated a decade of marriage to costar-turned-wife Mila Kunis last year. The pair share kids Wyatt, 11, and Dimitri, 9.
“Demi’s attitude about finding someone new is, ‘If it happens, it happens,’” the source adds. “She won’t force anything.”
