Suspect Identified in ‘Dance Moms’ Scandal, Also Had Obsession With Lindsay Lohan (REPORT)
A suspect has been identified in the Dance Moms mail scandal, and it turns out this is NOT the only celeb he's gone after!
We learned on Wednesday that one of the child stars — Jojo Siwa — was on the receiving end of inappropriate fan mail. Five packages were intercepted at an Allegheny, PA post office, dubbed “harassing, stalking items” and “inappropriate for minors.”
The San Diego, Calif. resident, who has been diagnosed in the past with a mental illness, was arrested following the incident, and is currently being held on $25,000 bail.
At one point, TMZ states suspect Phoenix Sundown possessed obscene photographs of women covered in blood illustrations. One in particular featured actress Lindsay Lohan, covered in blood with Sundown holding a knife over her. He was also jailed in 2007 for assaulting his ex-girlfriend.

Phoenix allegedly sent child porn to Jojo, and one rep claims the stalking began two months ago.
