In a devastating new Teen Mom OG clip, Catelynn Lowell admits to having suicidal thoughts. The 25-year-old mom is currently in rehab for treatment to help fight her depression. But, fans of the reality star were saddened to hear that she was thinking about ending her life the day she decided to return to rehab.

"I'm on my way to the airport," Catelynn said on a phone call to her mother-in-law. "Cause I'm going to treatment." Her mother-in-law asked, "What made this decision, honey?" "I contemplated every single way that I could kill myself today," she revealed as she broke down in tears. "Honey! You're a great mother, a great wife, and we're going to be praying for you every day!"

Her mother was quick to show her support: "I'm really really happy that you’re going to get help. You got this! You got this, okay?!" Her fans have continued to support her and husband Tyler Baltierra in their commitment to ensuring Catelynn gets the help she so desperately needs. "You two have overcome sooooo much! Both of you are such strong ppl! I wish u. It’s nothing but the best! You truly are role models!" one fan wrote. Another added, "As a mom myself, I want to tell you that I have been watching the show, and you two are the most mature and very well rounded, loving, respectful of each other etc.. I think you are the best young adults and I am Very proud of you both and will continue to follow your lives! By the way you are awesome parents!!!"

It's clear that Tyler and Catelynn will get through this latest obstacle by leaning on each other. "Seeing this gorgeous woman & all the work she has done has given me such hope, a feeling of peace, and unconditional love that is hard to explain with words," he tweeted after visiting her in rehab. "It was a very emotionally intense Family Week Program, but I know that our love & commitment towards each other will preserve through anything this life throws our way."
