She’s Done Going Under the Knife! Cardi B Claims She ‘Ain’t Getting Surgery Again’ After Complications

After complaining about her plastic surgery complications, it seems like Cardi B might be done going under the knife forever! On Wednesday, June 12, the star posted a photo of her hugely swollen feet — and then she seemingly swore off surgery all together. The star took to Twitter to reveal that her recent liposuction and breast augmentation may be her last, writing, “I been working out for the past two weeks, ’cause, bitch, I ain’t getting surgery again. 😂😂😂” Apparently, the decision has come with an added health benefit: “Let me tell you I haven’t got a headache ever since,” she added.

The tweet came on the heels of the rapper admitting that pretty much her whole body had swollen up on a plane thanks to complications from the cosmetic procedure. “My stomach gets even more puffy,” the “Bodak Yellow” singer explained. “My feet and stomach burn when I get puffed up.” Showing off a picture of her inflated ankles, she wrote, “Reasons why doctors told me to chill on shows.” Though likely all would’ve been well if the star had been able to relax, her busy concert schedule kept her on the go.

Of course, all the maintenance that comes with being famous is a double-edged sword. The rapper has opened up about the issues she had with her butt implants in the past, and in May 2019, she admitted that she probably should’ve cancelled some of her concerts so that she could rest and relax. “I shouldn’t really be performing because moving too much is gonna f–k up my lipo,” she said at the Beale Street Music Festival. “But bitch I’m still gonna get my motherf–king money back, let’s go!”

Earlier that month, she did cancel shows to let her breasts heal — and she didn’t feel good about that decision either. “I hate canceling shows because I love money,” told fans at the time. “I’m a money addict, and I get paid a lot of money, a lot of money for these shows … like I’m cancelling millions of dollars in shows. … But like, health is wealth, so I have to do what I have to do. My breasts gotta f–king heal, and it is what it is.” Now that she’s done with surgery, it might solve all of her problems.
