Cara Delevingne caused speculation as to whether she and her girlfriend, singer St. Vincent (whose real name is Annie Clark), are tying the knot after she stepped out with quite the ring on that finger while attending Chanel’s runway show at Paris Fashion Week yesterday, Oct. 6!

A rep for the supermodel, 23, had no comment when asked about the possible engagement by E! Online.
Cara’s girlfriend of nearly a year, 33, first sparked marriage rumors when she cryptically shared a note read, “Marry me Annie Clark,” on Instagram — to which she not-so-enthusiastically replied, “Ok…”

Whether they are headed down the aisle or not, there’s no denying that Cara and Annie are “the real deal.”
In an interview with Vogue earlier this year, Kendall Jenner’s BFF gushed, “I think that being in love with my girlfriend is a big part of why I’m feeling so happy with who I am these days. And for those words to come out of my mouth is actually a miracle.”
