The Little Couple has aired on TLC for 14 seasons so far, and star Bill Klein’s parents have made several appearances on the reality show. Fans love the TV personality’s mom and dad popping up throughout the series.

In one season 9 episode, during a trip overseas, Bill’s dad, Bill Sr., and stepmom Deb, gave Bill and wife Jen Arnold a hand with their kiddos Will and Zoey.

Though Bill Sr. and Bill’s mom, Barbara, are divorced and remarried, the two seem to be very present in their oldest son’s life. Both of Bill’s parents, along with their new spouses and Bill’s younger brothers attended Bill and Jen’s vow renewal ceremony back in 2014. In an epic surprise for his doctor wife, Bill threw a beach party in Galveston, Texas.

Bill Sr. and Barbara hail from Port Jefferson, N.Y., on Long Island where they brought up Bill along with his two brothers, Thomas and Joseph. Bill lived in New York for much of his early life and even attended NYU for his undergraduate degree.

While Bill is a self-proclaimed entrepreneur, Bill’s brothers work in a very different field. Tom is a fire chief, and Joe is a first responder. In fact, much of the season 9 premiere focused on Bill and his brothers traveling around Houston in an effort to help in the wake of Hurricane Harvey. So, clearly, Bill Sr., Barbara and both of their respective new spouses have done an amazing job raising some pretty stand-up guys!

The Little Couple began airing on TLC in 2009 and concluded its 14th season back in 2019. There’s no word yet if the long-running series has been canceled or renewed. The reality show follows the couple, who both have a rare form of dwarfism, as they navigate their personal and professional lives.

Bill and Jen reside in St. Petersburg, Florida, after living for a period in Texas. The pair moved with their family to the Sunshine State in June 2017, when Jen was offered a new job there. The timing was unfortunate, however, because soon after moving into the $2.1 million canal-front home complete with a beautiful pool and spa, they had to evacuate due to Hurricane Irma.

“My family calls me a hurricane magnet. But I have been followed by hurricanes in Orlando, Miami, Pittsburgh, Houston and now St. Petersburg,” the neonatologist wrote via Instagram at the time.
