Amber Heard is giving fans a rare glimpse into her life in Spain.
The actress, 40, shared a series of photos to Instagram on Sunday, June 21, documenting her experience running the KLM Norte Sur 10K race in Madrid — including a sweet moment with her 5-year-old daughter, Oonagh.
In the main post, Heard beamed in a pink sports bra and matching jogging shorts after crossing the finish line. “First race glow 💕🇪🇸,” she captioned the snap.
She followed up with two additional photos on her Instagram Stories. One showed a solo selfie of the Aquaman actress smiling on race day, while the other captured her cradling Oonagh shortly after finishing the race. “Nothing beats this feeling,” Heard wrote across the image in pink lettering.

Heard, who is also mom to toddler twins, Agnes and Ocean, 12 months, relocated to Spain in 2022 and has since become a familiar face jogging around Madrid. The actress has long credited running as a key part of how she copes with stress.
“I like running because it’s a way for me to alleviate stress, clear my mind, and refocus,” she told Shape in 2018, People reported. “Plus I can do it anywhere. I travel so much that it’s invaluable to me to have something that keeps me healthy and feeling good no matter where I am.”

She also opened up about her approach to fitness, noting that she tries not to let workouts feel like a chore. “If you’re not going to enjoy life, there’s no point in eating a certain way and working out and doing all the things actors do to manipulate how we look — and how the world looks at us,” she said, per the outlet. “When I’m not preparing for a movie, I have more freedom, and I incorporate my workout into my life, so that I enjoy it and it doesn’t feel like an obligation.”
Heard has largely kept a low profile since her highly publicized 2022 defamation trial against ex-husband Johnny Depp. Following the verdict — in which the jury found in favor of Depp on three of his defamation claims and in favor of Heard in one of her three counterclaims, per the AP — she spent time in Mallorca before settling permanently in Madrid, where she’s been focused on raising her three children.
