Today’s the day!

Abby Lee Miller of Dance Moms fame is expected to report to jail in Victorville, CA, today, July 11. The reality star is set to serve one year, one day behind bars for her bankruptcy fraud case — though it has previously been speculated that, based on similar cases, she will serve less than 10 months locked up.

This comes less than two months after the 50-year-old was sentenced on May 9.

On Tuesday, May 9, the Abby Lee Dance Company owner was sentenced to one year and one day in federal prison, followed by two years of supervised release, People reported. She was also fined $40,000 and she was ordered to pay an additional $120,000 for judgement and she even had to give a DNA sample in relation to her felony charge.

The reality star was indicted for fraud in October 2015 after allegedly creating a secret bank account to hide $775,000 worth of income from her Lifetime series as well as other projects during her Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. The 50-year-old filed for bankruptcy in December 2010 after owing more than $400,000 in taxes.

Abby pled guilty to the charge in January and forfeited $120,000 in Australian currency that she had brought into the country illegally. The dance instructors’ witnesses are scheduled to take the stand on Friday, the same day her sentence will be imposed.

“Throughout this case, Ms. Miller has taken both the allegations and the proceedings very seriously,” her attorney, Robert Ridge, previously told People in a statement. “This has been a challenging time for Ms. Miller. She appreciates the words of encouragement and support from around the world.”

The seventh season of Dance Moms is currently airing on Lifetime, and many fans believe it will be the last given Abby’s legal troubles. She previously hinted that the show was coming to an end in an emotional Instagram post. “[Five] years of my life, seven seasons on TV in 130 Countries — I did my best for Lifetime and gave my all to the production of Dance Moms! Thank you for the many wonderful opportunities and the valuable lessons I learned,” she wrote in December.

This isn’t the Florida native’s first run-in with the law. In 2014, one of her former dancers, Paige Hyland, filed an emotional distress lawsuit against the studio owner. It was later dropped. Her mom also accused producers of encouraging a violent and combative atmosphere to attract viewers.

Lifetime has yet to confirm if this season is, in fact, the final one.
