‘90 Day Fiance’ Star Varya Says She Apologized to Mary Amid Geoffrey Drama, But She ‘Wasn’t Ready to Accept It’

Extending an olive branch. 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star Varya Malina says she apologized to Mary Wallace for the way she treated her amid her budding romance with Geoffrey Paschel, but his friend-turned-new flame “wasn’t ready to accept” it at the time. 

“[On] the final episode, they didn’t show my excuses. It maybe wasn’t that sincere at that moment, but I understood that I was wrong, being very rude,” she reveals during a new interview with The Domenick Nati Show on Tuesday, June 2.

Varya claims she said sorry to Mary, but that doesn’t mean they are BFFs following the love triangle drama which unfolded on the show. When asked if they are pals after the series finale wrapped, the season 4 star scoffed and made it clear there is absolutely “no friendship” or “communication” between them. 

As of now, the brunette beauty is ready to keep it moving. “We solved this problem,” she adds. “I prefer to move on and forget about everything.”  

The question on everyone’s mind remains: Are Geoffrey and Varya together now? Well, there’s no clear answer yet, because the Russia native is mum about their status. Varya also wouldn’t spill if she “cares” that Mary and Geoffrey seem to be very close still, but says viewers will find out more when the tell-all airs on TLC.  

Varya and Geoffrey were not a part of the reunion show, however, they are planning to share an update with fans via their own tell-alls. The Russian beauty reveals she was invited to appear on TLC’s special, but opted not to show up because the single dad was not given the opportunity to tell his side of the story. 

Fans have been experiencing a rollercoaster of emotions while watching the tension between Varya and Mary explode in recent episodes. On May 31, the radio host told Mary to “just stay away” from Geoffrey. That same episode, he popped the question to Varya again after she previously denied his proposal, and she happily said yes after working hard to win back his affections. 

However, it seems things may have changed since then. In an exclusive statement to In Touch on May 22, Mary slammed speculation she is Geoffrey’s “second choice” and hinted they might have reconciled. 

After having several conversations, she said they “decided this was the perfect time to move forward with our lives together.”
