90 Day Fiancé star Jasmine Pineda cleared the air and slammed her estranged husband Gino Palazzolo’s uncle Marco Palazzolo for “falsely accusing” her of having an affair with a family member and said she was “lucky to be alive” after everything she “endured.”

“Marco. Gino’s uncle has been slandering my name not only on social media but everywhere,” Jasmine, 38, wrote in an Instagram Story posted on Monday, March 10. “He has falsely accused me of having an affair with his nephew Dana (who is a brother to me) and stating my baby could be Dana’s.”

The Panama native said this was a “lie” and an attempt for the drama to “make it to TV” despite it “damaging his own blood.” In another slide, Jasmine said she would’ve never allowed Marco, 72, to walk her down the aisle at her June 2023 wedding to Gino, 56, had she known who he “truly” was.

The 90 Day Fiancé star slammed him for his estranged relationships with his children and brought up his January 4 arrest for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. In Touch confirmed last week that Marco was booked on one count of OWI by the New Baltimore, Michigan, Police Department.

“Stop driving while high and under the influence (as you got arrested recently,” she continued. “You might harm someone innocent. And get my baby out of your gross mouth.”

In a final slide, Jasmine told her followers that she was “lucky to even be alive” after everything she “endured in silence.”

“I know you have gotten to know the loud Jasmine that copes with being irreverent and making jokes. But you have no idea the living hell I’ve been through,” she concluded. “As I reach the final months of my pregnancy, if you follow me, I just kindly ask you to be nice.”

Jasmine announced her pregnancy with baby No. 3 on February 18, more than one month after In Touch exclusively confirmed the news. In Touch reported on January 6 that the reality TV star was pregnant, however, the source was “almost certain” the father was Matt Branistareanu, a man she met at a Michigan gym and not her husband.

After the news broke, Marco publicly slammed Jasmine in a comment on Instagram and claimed she used Gino to get a green card.

“I am a bit disappointed after walking her down the [aisle] and she asked me to walk her [down] the [aisle]. I really thought I was gaining a niece, well that went sideways after her adventure with her next victim,” Marco wrote on February 18 before questioning her intentions.

“Why have you not gone back to Panama to see your children and now you have another one on the way!!!!!!? You didn’t want to have a child with Gino my nephew??? Seems to me like your confusion has gotten the best of you. I had a [gut] feeling that you were out for the Green Card and I was right,” he alleged with a thumbs up emoji.

Jasmine already has two sons, Juance and JC, from a previous relationship. The boys live with family members in Panama. When reached by In Touch via email regarding Marco’s claims, Jasmine’s team replied, “No comment.”

Gino and Jasmine’s bumpy relationship was first introduced to TLC viewers in 2021’s season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. After documenting the days leading up to their June 2023 wedding on season 10 of 90 Day Fiancé, the pair continued to share their marital struggles on the franchise, with the couples’ retreat spinoff 90 Day: The Last Resort being their latest appearance. 90 Day: The Last Resort season 2 began airing on TLC in December 2024.
