’90 Day Fiance’ Couple Olga Koshimbetova and Steven Frend Celebrate Son’s 2nd Birthday in America
Look at that smile! 90 Day Fiancé couple Olga Koshimbetova and Steven Frend celebrated their son Alex (a.k.a. Richie) turning two on Sunday, April 19, taking to Instagram with sweet photos from his low-key birthday bash. The TLC parents rang in the special occasion at their home located in Bowie, Maryland.
“Happyyyy birthday Alex [heart emoji]. Today, you turned 2 years old. Love [you] your mom [and] dad,” she captioned the beaming snaps with their little one, showing them planting a kiss on him while he held up a remote control helicopter.
In another portrait, Steven and Olga’s son is giggling while feasting his eyes on the tasty cake they got him with two candles, ready for him to make a wish. The dynamic duo even filled the room with colorful balloons. Alex was having a ball playing with his toys, especially since his mom and dad were right there with him.
Steven and Olga were the youngest of all the couples on season 6, having started their romance while she was vacationing in the United States. The Russia native got pregnant after only a month and a half of dating and they welcomed their bundle of joy in 2018.
Even though they had to wait a bit longer for her visa to get approved, she eventually did get the green light and now they all live in the United States. In June 2019, he shared a photo showing Olga around her new home.
That same month, Steven posted a heartfelt message on their second anniversary, highlighting how far they have come since the beginning of their journey. “Today marks two years together. Has it been perfect? No,” he began. “But in reality, all relationships do have their ups and downs, but staying together is what makes the relationship so very strong.”
“I appreciate you Olga so much for staying patient with me while I found my way,” Steven continued. “I was so lost without you here with me and now that I have you I never want to let you go.”
Shortly after they celebrated the milestone, Steven and Olga tied the knot in a courthouse ceremony on August 30, 2019.
