’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Anfisa Gives Relationship Advice After Her Split From Jorge

She's been there! Fans don't necessarily watch TLC's 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After to root for the couples, and most times they're just waiting to see who actually stays together after getting married. But every now and then, an unlikely couple will defy the odds despite all of the haters, like Anfisa Arkhipchenko and Jorge Nava — even though they did separate for a short period of time last year. Anfisa recently took to Instagram to share some relationship advice — and it seemed like a lot of the lessons she's sharing were learned during the time that she was on a break with Jorge.

"'Through thick and thin,' 'If you love, forgive everything.' I hear these words SO [sic] often and while in some cases they apply, in others they absolutely don’t and shouldn’t," Anfisa wrote in her caption. "I often get messages from girls and women saying that my strong personality inspires them and seeing the way I overcome difficulties helps them to do the same in their lives."

She went on to explain that she wanted to give some words of encouragement to her female followers and fans who might be going through isssues in their own relationships where they don't feel like they are being treated the way that they should be by their significant others. "You need to love yourself. Always put yourself first. Don’t settle for less than you think you deserve," she wrote. "It’s better to be alone than with just anyone. And finally, no man deserves your pain and tears. You only have one 'you' so live your life to the fullest and enjoy it."

Anfisa took her own advice when she split from Jorge. During the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After tell-all last season, Jorge made some awful allegations about Anfisa and he tried to shame her on national TV when he alluded that his wife had worked as a dancer, stripper, or some other type of job in the adult film, web cam, or sex industry. He later admitted that he spread those lies about Anfisa just to hurt her and her image, and Anfisa left him because she felt that he did not respect her.

But during this week's episode, Anfisa decided to give Jorge another chance and they took the first steps in rekindling their romance by taking a salsa dancing class together. Anfisa even allowed Jorge to move back in with her, but under the condition that they start attending couples' therapy in order to work through their issues. It looks like it worked, because because they're still married.
