New BFF Alert! Wendy Williams Reveals Blac Chyna ‘Really Had an Impact on Me’

She’s living it up! Wendy Williams admitted she went out on the town with Blac Chyna during the Thursday, May 16, episode of The Wendy Williams Show.

“You know you all … I’ve got a whole new life going on. And in my old life, if you listen very closely to me, I always said that if I was ever a single woman, the casting couch to my life would be the purple couch and this show,” she said. “I meet some nice people. I can pick and choose boyfriends from the casting couch. I told you that back in radio, if I was single, the guests that come in the show, I would check them out on dates. And the girls, too, for friends. Why not?”

On Wednesday, May 15, the 31-year-old was a guest on the 54-year-old’s show. Even though Wendy grilled the mom of two, it seemed like they formed a connection in the end. “The average American spends so much time at work that there are a lot of workplace romances going on and things like that,” she said. “But, you know, I always say one word too many so I let that slip. I had no idea I would be single. And you know who I have casted as a new friend? Blac Chyna. Listen, she really had an impact on me, and I think she had one on you, too. I thought she was one way, you did, also.”

The DWTS alum revealed that the duo had a fun night together. “But she is so sweet. We went out and had a great time, and we went for dinner, actually. I had to get up early this morning. I picked her up and dropped her off,” she revealed. “We went back to my favorite Mediterranean restaurant and we ate. She and I have so much in common, it was ridiculous. We were both complaining that the hot sauce wasn’t as good as we would like it. She’s like one of those girls — I feel like I’m going to be her protector friend.”

The mom of one is adjusting to her new life ever since she filed for divorce from her husband of 21 years, Kevin Hunter. “I am a single woman running around New York,” she said on Tuesday, May 14. “And I don’t have a boyfriend, but I must admit I am rediscovering my love of me. And, you know, transparency — I do date. I date pretty often.”

Well, hopefully Chyna can be Wendy’s wingwoman!
