The hit show Weeds first graced our televisions over 12 years ago, but it feels like it was just yesterday that we met our favorite Agrestic, CA residents! Though it was hard at times to keep up with Nancy Botwin's (played by Mary-Louise Parker) tumultuous love life, her complicated relationship with her family members, or whatever trouble her neighbors — or drug dealer — were causing, we've missed the beloved Showtime series since its finale in 2012.

Need a recap? Our Weeds cast list names all of the major players.

Fans will recall the series was about a suburban mother who suddenly lost her husband, Judah, and was left to raise her sons, Silas (played by Hunter Parrish) and Shane (played by Alexander Gould), alone. She winds up selling marijuana in hopes to make ends meet, selling to neighbors like councilman Doug Wilson (played by Kevin Nealon).

The Showtime series received rave reviews during its time on air. "Good lord, this show is good," one fan wrote via [IMDB](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0439100/reviews?ref=tturv). It's thought-provoking. Really, so many of the decisions made are poor, so many of the characters do fairly rancid things. But you can't help loving them and you can't help loving the plots. I've fallen in love with every member of the Botwin family. This is a smart, very funny, sexy and sophisticated show."

Another chimed in with, "Mary-Louise Parker plays the role of Nancy Botwin perfectly! As a widowed housewife trying to maintain an upper-class lifestyle for herself and her two sons by selling weed, she obviously encounters problems maintaining her two roles… mother and drug dealer. Parker really emphasizes this 'dual role' and she does it brilliantly."

In 2008, creator Jenji Kohan said she was thinking about doing a Weeds spinoff "that takes place in a pot club," but would be shot like a fake reality TV show. While that obviously never came to fruition — and Kohan instead worked on the hit Netflix show Orange Is the New Black after Weeds — we still have questions that need answers in 2018. For instance, what does Silas and Megan (played by Shoshannah Stern)'s daughter look like today? Did they have another baby? Does Shane ever settle down with a nice woman? Do Nancy and Andy (played by Justin Kirk) REALLY never talk again? We need answers, Botwin family!

So what do the stars of our favorite dysfunctional family show look like today? Scroll through our Weeds cast list to find out — and stream every episode of Weeds on SHO.com!
