Teen Mom OG stars Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra each took to social media on Saturday, June 29, to share some very big news — they will be reuniting with their oldest daughter, Carly. If that wasn’t exciting enough, Carly, 10, will get to see her little sister, Nova, again and she’ll get to meet her new baby sister, Vaeda for the very first time.
