Snooki Talks Being Sober For the First Time at MTV Movie Awards and How She Hates Going Out

Nearly 10 days after announcing her second pregnancy, Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi debuted her baby bump for the first time on the red carpet.

On Sunday at the MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles, In Touch caught up with the former Jersey Shore star who told us this year was the first time she was sober at the annual award show!

When asked what her favorite memory was from the previous years, she tells the mag, “Probably just meeting crazy celebrities. But I don’t remember because I was drunk. This is probably the first one I’m sober at, so we’ll see who I meet today.”

The 26-year-old reality star then noted how she “hates going out” now that she’s pregnant again with fiancé Jionni LaValle and also has to leave 19-month-old Lorenzo at home in New Jersey.

“Who knows how long I’m going to get invited to these things, so you’ve got to have fun with it,” she says about her motivation to attend the event.

Snooki joined her BFF JWoww, who is pregnant with her first child, on the red carpet. At the end of January, she revealed her and fiancé Roger Matthews are expecting a baby girl. Meanwhile, Snooki has yet to learn the gender of her baby, even though she has said she wants another boy.

In an interview with Extra, both MTV stars admitted to being afraid of having girls because of inheriting their wild sides—which of course we've seen a lot of on Jersey Shore.

"They are going to be raging crazy women!" Snooki said. "They are going to be just like us. That’s why I’m scared to have a girl."
