Ronnie Ortiz-Magro Files Police Report Against Jen Harley After She Allegedly Threw An Ashtray At His Head

The turmoil continues. Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has filed a domestic violence battery report against Jen Harley, after she allegedly chucked a glass ashtray at his head, In Touch can confirm. The Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star and his baby mama reportedly got into a huge fight at a New Year’s Eve party and that’s when the ashtray-throwing incident occurred.

According to reports, the MTV star, 33, may have a broken nose and his top lip is cut in half. The exes were allegedly fighting over an ongoing issue at the Hustler Club in Las Vegas and by the time Jen, 31, arrived home, she discovered someone had ransacked the place. As a result, Jen reportedly called the cops and said Ronnie was the one to blame, making him a “person of interest” in a burglary case that took place at their shared home.

“On January 1, 2019 at approximately 2:15 a.m., LVMPD patrol officers responded to a residence located in the 8200 block of Broad Branch Way for a report of a possible burglary and destruction
of property,” LVMPD tells In Touch.

“Upon arrival, officers learned that the victim had an argument with her boyfriend at a club prior to her getting home,” the statement read. “Officers observed that several items in the home were damaged including a television and picture frames. Officers could not locate any forced entry and it is unknown if the victim’s boyfriend is the suspect. This case remains under investigation.”

It was classified as a “burglary call” because there was potential damage done to items inside the home and damaging property constitutes as burglary in the state of Nevada. Ronnie and Jen have faced their fair share of drama recently, and the couple is reportedly off-again following their tense altercation on New Year’s Eve.

“They broke up before New Year’s Eve, got back together right before then and got in a big fight on Monday night,” a source revealed to Us Weekly on Jan. 2. “They’re currently broken up. But it’s the same story every time: They are together, they fight, they break up and then get back together.” The exes share nine-month-old daughter Ariana, so we hope everything works out for the best.
