O.J. Simpson to Visit Nicole Brown Simpson’s Grave: “He Still Has Rights” (EXCLUSIVE)

In an exclusive interview with In Touch, O.J. Simpson’s attorney, Malcolm LaVergne, reveals the convicted felon’s plans as a newly free man – including visiting the grave of his murdered ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and binge-watching Netflix. “Mr. Simpson may want to go to California so he can visit Nicole’s grave,” says Malcolm. “O.J. may be a convicted felon, but he still has rights. If that is what he wants, then he should be allowed to do so.”

He also plans to move back to Florida, although the state’s attorney general, Pam Bondi, has objected to having the former NFL player return. Malcolm, however, is confident that his client will be living there again “by Christmas.” Pam “has no control over it,” he tells In Touch. “Mr. Simpson is a parolee, not a slave.”

O.J. has a few other things on his to-do list, including watching shows about the crimes with which he was charged. “Mr. Simpson plans to binge-watch The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story on Netflix,” says Malcolm, adding that O.J. is very interested to see how all the characters are portrayed. “He will also be watching the documentary O.J.: Made in America.”

But don’t expect to see O.J. on your TV screen anytime soon. “I have advised him against doing any shows, as he needs to avoid publicity,” Malcolm admits to In Touch. “I would certainly not want him to be interviewed by Megyn Kelly. Did you watch her TV show? It is awful.”
