Nicole Kidman stepped out for some Italian sun accompanied by a new man.

The Babygirl actress, 59, was recently spotted with a private equity investor named Michael Reinstein outside of a hotel in Portofino, Italy. Within photos obtained by Page Six, the actress, wearing a cream, silk camisole and a matching skirt, appeared locked in conversation as she stood close to the man.

As for the co-founder of the USN television network, Michael, who was smiling from ear to ear, left the hotel wearing a navy blue polo shirt with a pair of shorts and sunglasses.

Kidman’s spotting with Regent L.P.’s chief investment officer comes less than a year after she filed for divorce from Keith Urban. The couple had been married for almost 20 years and share two daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret, together.

According to New York Post, they had been “living separately for a while” before the news broke. Keith was reportedly staying at another property nearby their family home in Nashville, Tennessee.

Despite their distance in the past few months, Nicole was reportedly “blindsided” by the split. Just a few days before the news broke, she attended the Cle de Peau’s event in Los Angeles wearing her wedding ring. However, his friends didn’t seem to understand why.
While speaking to People, a source said, “People close to Keith felt like the split was kind of inevitable.”

“Keith never sees Nicole, either she is filming or he is on tour,” the source explained. “There was a lot of love between the two, and they might not divorce. They’ve been together for decades, so there is a world in which they can reconcile, but the way their pairing is now, they are not a couple.”

Nicole and Keith originally met in January 2005 at the G’Day USA gala in Los Angeles. She previously admitted he hadn’t called her right away after exchanging numbers.

“I had such a crush on him, and he wasn’t interested in me. It’s true!” the actress revealed to Ellen DeGeneres. “He didn’t call me for four months.”

The two tied the knot in June 2006 during a candlelit ceremony in Sydney, Australia.
