Milania Giudice‘s recent arrest may not be bad for business after all.
After it was reported that the 20-year-old daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice and ex-husband Joe Giudice was charged with “simple assault” and “purposely/knowingly causing a bodily injury” for her May 14 arrest, sources said her mother shouldn’t be too worried about the family’s reputation.
“This won’t push Teresa out of the spotlight,” an industry source told journalist Rob Shuter for a Wednesday, June 17, article on his Naughty But Nice Substack. “It puts her right back in the center of it.”
In Touch confirmed that the University of Tampa college student was arrested by Montville Township Police after an incident that took place around 6:12 p.m. According to Fox News, she entered a not guilty plea.

A court spokesperson told The U.S. Sun that the case was classified under domestic violence. It is unclear as to who else was involved in the alleged incident.
Following the news, In Touch also confirmed that Milania had a previous run-in with the law when she was cited for improperly riding an ATV in April 2022 at 16 years old. (Her charges have all since been dismissed.)
Teresa and Joe — who also share daughters Gia, 25, Gabriella, 21, and Audriana, 16 — both served prison time for fraud.
A Bravo insider told Shuter that “Teresa has built an entire career on turning adversity into attention,” adding: “Every time people predict the end of her story, the audience becomes even more invested.”
And while viewers “complain about the chaos,” a producer told Shuter, they “can’t stop watching it.”
Milania last shared photos to Instagram on June 9 featuring herself in a bikini on a boat in the water, captioning the post: “the best days🛥️🩵.” In the comments, her mother wrote, “Love you so much 🩷🩷🩷.”
