In Touch can confirm that Milania — who was shown riding all-terrain vehicles during her time on Bravo’s RHONJ — was cited for improperly riding an ATV in April 2022, when she was 16 years old.
On her record, Milania was charged with operating an ATV without a safety course, having an unregistered ATV, riding on parts not intended for passengers, operating an ATV without a helmet and having no liability insurance.
According to NJ.gov, “You do not need a permit or license to operate an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) in New Jersey. However, the vehicle must be registered.” If you are under 18, you must enroll in the ATV Safety Institute course to operate an ATV.
The charges were dismissed the following month.
