Lori Loughlin Is Officially Removed From ‘When Calls the Heart’ Season 6 Promo Poster

Moving forward. When Calls the Heart is back from hiatus on Sunday, May 5, and one person is noticeably absent from the season 6 promo poster: Lori Loughlin. Before Loughlin, 54, was fired from the Hallmark original series, she was prominently featured in the photo as her character, Abigail Station, alongside Erin Krakow as Elizabeth Thatcher and Jack Wagner as Bill Avery.

After news broke that the former Full House alum was allegedly involved in the nationwide college admissions scandal, the Facebook page for the television program removed Loughlin from their cover photo on March 14. At the time, Wagner and Krakow were situated at the top of the page.

After it was revealed that season 6 of When Calls the Heart would continue without Loughlin, the network rearranged the poster again. This time, they moved Wagner down to the bottom with Pascale Hutton, Kavan Smith, Chris McNally and Kevin McGarry. Oh, and of course, Loughlin’s name was removed from the cast list. The brunette beauty has been involved with the show since it first aired in 2014.

Just two days after the New York native was indicted, Crown Media announced they were cutting ties with the mom-of-two. “We are saddened by the recent news surrounding the college admissions allegations,” they wrote in a statement at the time. “We are no longer working with Lori Loughlin and have stopped development of all productions that air on the Crown Media Family Network channels involving Lori Loughlin including Garage Sale Mysteries, an independent third party production.”

Executive producer Brian Bird even shared his thoughts on the situation on Instagram on April 10. “Life throws all of us painful curveballs, and the only way to survive is to walk right through them with courage, grace, a forgiving spirit, and most of all, hope,” he wrote at the time. “Many of you have wondered what the future holds for our cast and crew, and for the citizens of Hope Valley. Your care and concern means the world to us, and the best way we can thank you is to encourage you the way you encourage us because … Hope always lives here.”

The 90210 alum and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, were arrested in March after they allegedly “agreed to pay bribes totaling $500,000 for having their two daughters, Isabella, 20, and Olivia, 19, designated as recruits to the USC crew team — despite the fact that they did not participate in crew — thereby facilitating their admission to USC.” The duo was later released from jail on $1 million bond. On April 15, the pair pleaded not guilty.
