Kim Zolciak Claims Ex Kroy Biermann Is Mistreating and Neglecting Their Kids Amid Custody Battle

Kim Zolciak is making disturbing claims about the behavior of her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, towards their four kids: Kroy Jr., 15, Kash, 13, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 48, claimed that the former Atlanta Falcons player, 40, threw one of their sons over the couch amid a fight at his home, according to court documents obtained by TMZ on Thursday, June 4.

While there is a court-appointed guardian involved, the reality TV star alleged that they overlooked the incident and knew about the mental, emotional and physical abuse happening. The Dancing with the Stars alum claimed in court documents that “no professionals have sounded an alarm because the abuse did not ‘leave marks.'”

Additionally, Zolciak said the retired athlete threw a pan at one of the children’s heads and that she’s “constantly contacted” by the kids as they are left without food or proper medicine.

The allegations don’t stop there, as Zolciak claimed the children “have reported on multiple occasions not seeing [Kroy] for hours on end, but hearing him engage in sexual acts with his girlfriend of the moment.”

Zolciak also submitted a text her boyfriend Kyle Mowitz reportedly got from one of Biermann’s romantic interests as evidence, which read: “I believe Kim. He is abusive. And his abuse is unlike any I’ve ever witnessed.”

Regarding the guardian, Zolciak said they are on Biermann’s side and recommended he get primary custody, just as the court granted in May.

As In Touch previously reported, the couple has been in and out of court for months regarding the custody of their kids.

In April, the retired NFL athlete alleged that Zolciak “acts in ways that are harmful to the children and contrary to their best interests.”

In court documents, he claimed that Zolciak is “both unstable and fit” as a parent, adding that she is “more selfishly concerned with her own image and work options than with the opinions of experts and/or the best interests of the children.”
