Kate Beckinsale Finalizes Her Divorce From Len Wiseman Following Pete Davidson Romance

Back on the market! Kate Beckinsale has officially finalized her divorce from her ex-husband, Len Wiseman, In Touch confirmed. The former flames reached an agreement in late October, and Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Steve Cochran will sign the judgment on November 21, the documents read.

The 46-year-old brunette beauty met Len, 46, on the set of Underworld in 2002 when she starred in the movie while he directed it. The duo tied the knot in May 2004, but they broke things off in November 2015 after 11 years of marriage. In 2016, Len filed divorce paperwork, citing irreconcilable differences. “They tried to make it work, but they ended up falling back into old habits and fighting,” a source told Us Weekly at the time.

Following their split, the screenwriter was spotted with model CJ Franco in 2015. Meanwhile, the U.K. native — who shares her daughter, Lily, with ex Michael Sheen — moved on with Pete Davidson in January after they were spotted leaving a Golden Globes afterparty together.

Kate and Pete, 25, had quite the romance. The pair was constantly together as they showed off a lot of PDA wherever they went — from his comedy shows to a hockey game — and they were head over heels for one another. At the time, the SNL star had just broken off his engagement to Ariana Grande, but the mom of one was able to get him back on track. “Kate has really helped Pete get over his breakup with Ariana. It’s still [in the] early days, and right now they’re just having fun,” a source exclusively told In Touch at the time.

Kate even introduced the Staten Island native to his mom. Despite their 20-year age gap between them, neither seemed to mind. The comedian commented on his relationship in March during the “Weekend Update” segment on SNL. “Apparently, people have this crazy fascination with our age difference, but it doesn’t really bother us,” he said.

Ultimately, the couple called it quits in April. “They rushed into the relationship and fell head over heels without thinking about the logistics,” a second insider told In Touch. “It’s one of those whirlwind romances that moved too quickly. Distance also played a part in the breakup. Kate lives in L.A. and Pete lives with his mom in New York.”

However, Pete is single these days, although he was seen hanging out with Kaia Gerber during a night out in New York City in late October. So, will Pete and Kate give their love another shot? Only time will tell!
