Jordyn Woods Still ‘Goes Through Phases of Missing’ Kylie Jenner, But ‘She’s in a Good Place’

Even though Jordyn Woods is thriving these days, she still wishes she could talk to her ex-bestie Kylie Jenner. “Despite the fallout between the former BFFs, Jordyn’s brand is doing really well,” an insider told In Touch exclusively. “She’s in a good place and no longer feels the need to rely on the Kardashians to be successful. But at the same time, there was more to their friendship than fame and fortune, and even now she goes through phases of missing Kylie and Stormi.”

The 22-year-old has been leaning on her family in the past couple months. “As Jordyn’s super close to her sister, Jodie Woods, she turns to her for advice instead of Kylie,” the insider noted. In addition to her brood, the influencer also spent time with Meghan Thee Stallion this summer, since the two uploaded several photos and videos of them together.

The brunette beauty has also enjoyed her time at the gym, and she recently revealed in her YouTube channel that she lost 30 pounds in five months. “19 years old, losing a parent, losing a loved one, is not something you think you have to deal with … There’s no right or wrong way to deal with,” she admitted, referring to her father’s death in 2017. “But, it was so triggering for me, and my trigger was getting myself to the gym. That completely changed my life and that moment got me to the gym. Gym became my therapy. Gym because the thing I looked forward to. And, not only was it helping me emotionally, but it was physically changing my body and making me feel better.”

After Jordy hooked up with Khloé Karadashian’s baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, at his house in February, things never got back to normal with the KUWTK starlet, 22. However, the SECNDTURE designer hopes to reconcile with Kylie one day. “I love her … that’s my home,” she told Cosmopolitan U.K. for their September cover story. “I hope everything falls into place and that we all can grow and build our relationships with our family and God and come back together one day and be stronger and happier. A lot of people can be around when things are good, but you don’t know who’s really around until things are bad.”

Hopefully, these two can reunite one day. For now, we will watch Jordyn shine.
