Turns Out, There’s More to Tristan Thompson Than Just Being a Serial Cheater
Another day, another Tristan Thompson cheating scandal. On Tuesday, February 19, news broke that Khloé Kardashian’s baby daddy hooked up with Kylie Jenner’s BFF Jordyn Woods.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time the NBA baller, 27, has betrayed Koko, 34. Just a few weeks before the Good American mogul gave birth to their daughter, True Thompson, Tristan was caught having an affair with a model named Lani Blair, as well as canoodling with several others.
With Koko’s sleazy ex back in the spotlight — for all the wrong reasons — fans are curious to know if he has any redeeming qualities. TBH, he doesn’t, but as they say: Know thy enemy. Keep scrolling to get more dirt on Tristan.
Where Is Tristan From?
Tristan was born in Toronto — just like Drake! Who, by the way, was present during Tristan’s salacious night out with Jordy, 21. Anyway, Tristan remained in Toronto until he transferred to Saint Benedict’s Preparatory School in Newark, NJ for high school. He’s been playing ball in America ever since. As far as we can tell, he’s still a citizen of Canada despite all of the time he spends in the U.S. for work and er, pleasure.
Does Tristan Have a Big Family Like Khloé’s?
Koko’s former beau also comes from a good-sized family — he’s the eldest of four sons, born to parents who moved from Jamaica. His younger brother Dishawn also played basketball, attending Wesley Christian High School in Allen, KY.
How Did Tristan and Khloé Meet?
The blonde beauty met her beast after they were set up on a blind date by fellow NBA star Brandon Jennings. Shortly thereafter, the pair became inseparable and Koko and Tristan were constantly gushing about each other on social media.
“Tristan, thank you for loving me the way that you do!” she wrote in her pregnancy reveal. “Thank you for treating me like a Queen! Thank you for making me feel beautiful at all stages! Tristan, most of all, Thank you for making me a MOMMY!!! You have made this experience even more magical than I could have envisioned!”
Tristan revealed more about how they met when he responded, “Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey and entering your life that day at the Bel Air hotel. One of the best moments of my life. I’m so happy to be on this journey together with you and creating this angel from the man above. Everyday I give thanks to him for bringing us together. I love you so much and I know our little angel feels the love we share together and will know that mommy and daddy loves them unconditionally forever and ever, amen. BTW, shoutout the [Brandon Jennings] for bringing this king and queen together.”
How Many Kids Does Tristan Have?
Tristan’s model ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig welcomed the pair’s son, Prince, back in December 2016 … just a few months after he started dating Khloé. Tristan and Jordan called it quits when she was three months pregnant.

Is Tristan Good at Basketball?
Tristan was drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2011 as a center/power forward. He’s since helped bring the team to the NBA Finals a number of times, winning it all in 2016. Prior to their breakup, Khloé attended many of Tristan’s games this past year and even rooted against Kendall Jenner’s boyfriend, Ben Simmons, who plays for the Philadelphia 76ers. We suspect that Koko will be switching up her allegiance from here on out.
Does Tristan Have a Lot of Money?
The father-of-two is said to have brought in a respectable $16.4 million for the 2017-2018 basketball season. It’s part of a five-year deal he signed in 2015 for $82 million. Not too shabby. At least he won’t be homeless when Khloé manages to get him sent back to Canada. #Blessed.
