Jon Gosselin’s Lawyer Insists There’s More to Son Collin’s Story Than Kate Will Admit
Jon Gosselin is demanding the truth — the whole truth — and nothing but the truth.
Shortly after he confessed that he doesn’t know where his son Collin — who is in a school for kids with special needs is — his ex-wife, Kate, set the record straight on Good Morning America, saying, “We are both court ordered not to speak about the care and custody of our children in detail. I’ve known all along where [Collin] is but the world doesn’t know, and I’ll leave it at that.”

But now, a lawyer for the controversial father-of-eight says there’s more to the story than Kate is sharing with her ex husband.
The lawyer insists Jon is “very upset by certain statements made to the press,” adding he feels “the whole story is not being told.”
In a statement to Entertainment Tonight, Jon’s lawyer made it clear that they believe Kate’s intentions aren’t to protect Collin — she’s only attempting to keep Jon out of the loop.
“Unfortunately, Kate has shown very little regard to the order, choosing to ignore it if it suits her,” the lawyer said. “Jon will strictly abide by the order unless and until it is lifted.”
