Jessica Alba is ready to make things official with new love Danny Ramirez, a source reveals to In Touch.

“She has told people to expect a wedding invite soon,” dishes the source. “Jessica is saying they might do something small on the beach in Mexico in the next two or three months!”

The actress, 44, and husband Cash Warren separated in December 2024 after 16 years of marriage — and he filed paperwork to finalize their divorce on Friday, February 13, as reported by People.

Just days later, on Tuesday, February 17, Alba wrote on Instagram about feeling “grounded and grateful.”

“Now it’s time for forward momentum,” she declared to her social media followers.

Things have already been steadily progressing for the Fantastic Four star and Ramirez, 33, who’ve packed on the PDA since first being linked in July 2025.

Instagram official as of November, the pair most recently gave fans a glimpse at their romantic getaway to Miami in a Friday, February 20, post.

“Jessica is head over heels for Danny,” says In Touch’s source. “Danny is gaga for her, too. He was the one who brought up marriage first, which thrilled Jessica.”

According to the source, 47-year-old Warren — who shares kids Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and Hayes, 8, with Alba — is not as thrilled by the whirlwind connection.

“Cash is well aware that they’re planning to get married — Jessica prepared him,” spills the source. “He didn’t take it well at first but he’s accepted it now.”
