Jared Fogle — the former face of the fast food chain Subway — has been sentenced to more than 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to child pornography and sex charges, Reuters reports.
Back in August, it was reported that the 38-year-old struck a deal with prosecutors in which he agreed to plead guilty to charges of child pornography and traveling for illicit paid sex with minors.

In addition to his time behind bars, U.S. District Attorney allegedly ordered that Fogle avoid pornography, get sexual disorder treatment and register as a sex offender, the report states.
Ahead of the judge’s decision, Fogle’s legal team tried to fight for minimum sentencing — arguing not only that his victims were 16 or 17 (and therefore close to the legal age), but also that he had a compulsive eating disorder, which he then channeled into his “hypersexuality” following his weight loss.

According to the report, one text sent by the father-of-two insisted “the younger the better” when requesting child prostitutes. Additionally, he previously admitted to being sexually attracted to children as young as eight-years-old.
So far, authorities have reportedly identified 12 victims of child pornography in his native Indiana and two teenage victims of prostitution.
