Andrew Mountbatten Windsor is reportedly causing tension at his new home at Marsh Farm on the Sandringham Estate, and a source exclusively tells In Touch that he’s testing the patience of King Charles.

The disgraced prince, 66, has allegedly begun making changes to the property and clashing with those around him as he relocates after being kicked out of the Royal Lodge.

“Andrew’s as entitled as ever,” the source says. “Instead of being grateful that Charles is keeping a roof over his head, he immediately started complaining that the place isn’t good enough for him.”

The source continues, “He says the property needs a ton of work done and he’s already going ahead and doing it, whether Charles likes it or not.”

To make matters worse, Andrew has now reportedly moved a mobile home onto the property and Charles, 77, is allegedly not happy about it.

“On top of that he’s now moved this horrible trailer onto the property, which he claims he needs for all the workmen to store their things during the day, but he’s actually turned it into his own man-cave,” the source explains. “He’s put a huge flatscreen in there and all kinds of other junk. People are convinced he’s doing it on purpose to get a rise out of his brother and it’s working.”

Charles evicted Andrew from the Royal Lodge where he’d been living with his ex-wife, Sarah “Fergie” Ferguson, due to his association with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. On February 19, Andrew’s birthday, he was arrested on claims that he shared confidential information with Epstein. Andrew has always denied wrongdoing.

Rumors have swirled that the brothers have been butting heads ever since.

“Poor Charles is at his wit’s end trying to reason with Andrew but there’s no getting through to him,” the source says. “Even after all that’s gone on, he still thinks that rules don’t apply to him.”

Plus, the source claims that the former prince has “been extremely difficult with staff” by “barking orders and talking down to them.”

“People are quitting left and right,” the source concludes. “They can’t stand working in his household.”
